Basically the main laws of creation for all blue-bloods, the Code of Vampires are the rules in which all blue-bloods must follow by or they will be forced to face the consequences.
There are only 400 allowed to be living at the same time. You can only use red-bloods as familiars to perform the sacred kiss - also known as Caerimonia Osculor.
